文化兴则国运兴，文化强则民族强。没有社会主义文化繁荣发展，就没有社会主义现代化。党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》（以下简称《决定》），聚焦建设社会主义文化强国，对深化文化体制机制改革作出全面部署，为新时代新征程文化改革发展指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。
